Born and raised in Cullman County, Skye Smith, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Ranessa Acosta, Nurse Practitioner
Ranessa Acosta, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in ICU nursing and a great addition to the RFC team!
Hannah Reynolds, Medical Assistant
Originally from Florida, but has lived there and in Alabama throughout her life, Hannah Reynolds is excited to join Rushforth Family Care as a Medical Assistant.
Stefanie Allen, Front Office
Stefanie Allen grew up in Cullman AL and is focused on making sure patients are treated with respect from the moment they step in the office doors. She has been a receptionist for almost 5 years. She is excited to bring her expertise and kindness to Rushforth Family Care.
Jennifer Helms, CCMA/Office Manager
Jennifer Helms, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant actively seeks to break the stigma that still surrounds mental health, providing support and comfort to her patients and helping them realize they are not alone. With the team at Rushforth Family Care, she works to provide a safe space and a listening ear in the office.
